Sherry Jerez - Manzanilla, SpainInocente has the requisite pale watery colour and the rich aromatic, slightly oxidative sea salt nose. It's quite smooth and nutty on entry with long smooth stylish aftertaste. Its classic just off, bone-dry calls for deep fried fish dishes or salty snacks. Classic fino sherry but one has to work to acquire a taste for the flor.
