Cigales, Castilla-Leon, SpainThis is standard tempranillo, stainless steel-fermented and aged mostly in American oak for a year. The nose is fragrant and attractive in a needs food kind of way. On the palate the textures are tempranillo soft but the fruit is tart and finishes dry.
