Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFloral, mineral, pear skin, lees aromas with a touch of struck matchstick. Dry, tart, crisp and somewhat austere with green apple skin, citrus rind, mineral, herbal flavours. Simple, very tart, austere style that needs food.
