Puglia, ItalyVery dark cherry colour. Spicy, floral, peppery, blackberry jam, birar, vanilla, mocha, meaty aromas. Rich, round, ripe, slightly tannic palate. Cedar, blackberry, black cherry, licorice, vanilla, savoury meaty flavours. Good stuffing if a bit chunky.
