Napa Valley, California, United StatesBig spicy, espresso, vanilla, compost, chocolate, vanilla, saddle leather, cedar aromas. Warm, round, dry palate with dry, somewhat cedar-y tannins. Attractive peppery, compost, tobacco, cherry, vanilla, cola, and cedar flavours but the tannins are a bit tough on the finish. Needs two or three years to soften in bottle.
