Castiglione Falletto, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyFrom a sandier portion of Sori Ginestra vineyard and aged in 100% new barrique. Olive, vanilla, coffee, strawberry, balsamic, tar, peppery, smoky floral nose. Dry, elegant, tannic and tight palate. Coffee, vanilla, smoky, strawberry, cherry flavours. Tight, young tannin finish with a touch of acidity poking through. Will need 3-6 years to integrate.
