Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Ranges, Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaTar, menthol, coffee, peppery, spicy herb nose. Round and warm with some tight tannins but acidic. Coffee, green cassis, black olive, minty, black cherry, tobacco leaf flavours. It has some finesse but the acidity and leanness causes the tannins to show through at the back end.
