Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaCoffee, vanilla, mocha, blackberry, peppery, licorice, savoury, compost aromas. Rich, ripe, round and fat but with fresh acidity. Supple tannins with some heat but big vanilla, coffee, spice, blackberry jam, black raspberry, licorice, mineral, orange, savoury poultry spice flavours.
