Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceSpicy, menthol, celery, carrot top, barnyard, vanilla aromas with a floral, barnyard streak. Round, dry, elegant and delicate but a bit lean with good balance. Spicy, herbal, raspberry, vanilla, floral, waxy, cherry flavours. Good finesse and length with fruit. Not big but good complexity.
