South Australia, AustraliaAged mostly in French oak, this is a 79/21 blend of shiraz and cabernet sauvignon from Barossa, McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills fruit. Smoky, vanilla, spicy, mocha, tobacco, cigar, black berry jam, coriander, olive and cassis aromas with a slight gamey, note. Dry, rich, warm and supple style with smooth tannins. Spicy, peppery, chocolate, mocha, olive, licorice root, and black berry flavours with some olive and vanilla on the finish.
