Puglia, ItalyBig spicy prune-y raspberry aromas with similar flavours. The mix of peppery fruit and gamey flavours is just different enough to grab your interest. There's typical Italian dryness in the finish but that you can banish that with a meat pizza or some pasta with a sausage sauce.
