Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThe fruit comes out of the Minervois and Maury appellations of Central and South Eastern Languedoc. Look for spicy, peppery, leafy, menthol, meaty nose. Round, dry, slightly tannic entry with mineral, black cherry, minty, rootsy, iodine, tobacco leaf flavours. A bit warm and acidic on the finish but fine for food.
