Nine Stones Hilltops Shiraz 2005
New South Wales, AustraliaSmoky, roasted bell pepper, animal, floral, white pepper, black cherry nose. Round, fresh palate with light tannins but a bit lean. Black cherry, blueberry, licorice, cola, mocha, meaty, savoury flavours with a tart, round, warm finish. Nice fruit flavours but just too much acidity in the end.
