South AfricaThe basis for this non-vintage blend is the chenin blanc grape with varying additions of sauvignon blanc and Cape riesling. Tiny pinpoint, persistent mousse greets the sipper with a light fruity dusty nose. The initial flavors are crisp but the wine tends to soften up on mid-palate.
