Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceBig cherry, white pepper, savoury, barnyard, floral, meaty, red licorice aromas. Dry, round, warm palate but good concentration with some elevated alcohol. Cherry kirsch, almond, spicy, peppery, boysenberry, rootsy, meaty, chocolate flavours. Good elegance but finish shows elevated alcohol heat with some roasted fruit and youthful tannins.
