Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandThe '05 Delta PN has better colour and more weight than the '04 and less rhubarb. The style is still fairly dry with spicy sour black cherry fruit aromas flecked with vanilla and orange peel aromas. The palate is richer with darker fruit flavours and more appealing pinot character. It's also fattened up a bit to its benefit.
