Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileRich botrytis/egg yolk, honey, cream and nectarine skin aromas. Ripe, round, elegant and fresh with medium acidity but not too sweet. Fine mineral, petrol, apricot, egg yolk, grapefruit and passion fruit flavours. Tasty and fresh with good length. Could use a touch more acidity but well balanced nonetheless.
