Margaret River, Western Australia, AustraliaA delicious 60/40 blend of sémillon and sauvignon blanc blend of which only 1 per cent sees any wood. The nose is crisp and fresh with gooseberry asparagus and grapefruit rind notes with hints of pea pod and lime. Lip smacking fresh on the palate with bright mineral notes green peach and along silky polished finish. Very well done.
