Doudet Naudin Pommard Les Vignots 2003
Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceMeaty, bouillon, floral, spicy, celery root, strawberry, smoky, compost aromas with a bit of cherry at the end. Rich, ripe, round and elegant with supple tannins. Smoky, tea leaf, strawberry, compost, celery salt, cherry flavours. Good concentration and finesse on the finish if a bit warm but has style. Very good drinking now if decanted but will improve with 2-5 years aging.Tasted: 01 November 2006Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $56.95 | 750ml | specialty |
