Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceUnfiltered and unfined. Big earthy, smoky, barnyard, leather, chocolate, compost, black cherry, resin aromas. Round, full, elegant and ripe but somewhat tight and tannic now with good concentration. Peppery, earthy, celery salt, rootsy, black cherry, raspberry, mineral, smoky flavours.
