Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, peppery, mint, roasted pepper, cherry nose. Dry, round, somewhat tight palate with some light, hard tannin and a bit of acidity. Menthol, cherry, toasty oak, smoky, resin mineral flavours with a stemmy note. Some elegance but needs a year and some meat.
