Yacochuya, Calchaqui Valley, Salta, North, ArgentinaHuge peppery, roasted mushroom, spicy cardamom, bacon, savoury, black cherry nose with some eucalyptus, saddle leather and chocolate throughout. Rich, round, supple and dry but fresh. Mushroom, black cherry, orange, minty, poultry spice, plum, spicy, mocha flavours.
