Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandMade from younger vines. Light cherry ruby colour. Compost, spicy, celery, carrot top, smoky barnyard, black cherry, minty nose. Round, dry, soft but a bit lean and acidic. Spicy, celery salt, compost, sour cherry, rhubarb flavours with some smoky barnyard. Delicate, good complexity but a bit too acidic without the fruit.
