Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileConsistently well made, the latest version Bouchon blend mixes big mint, cassis and sappy, floral, licorice aromas with floral (lavender), mineral chocolate notes. The palate is suitably round with just a touch of youthful grippy, tannins in the back end but there is plenty of peppery, minty, cassis jam, and chalky Carmenère flavour.
