Western Cape, South AfricaObikwa Rosé is made from pinotage cold-soaked overnight and lightly pressed. The entry seems ripe and sweet but there is fine acidity and it tends to balance out the sugar in the back end. Cleaner than most South African reds in the market it offer sup a spicy plummy strawberry fruit flavour.
