Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThe 2005 is first 20 barrels sauvignon blanc. Grown within a few kilometres of the cool Pacific it has a big fresh mineral gooseberry nose with a whiff of sea salt. On the palate, it is crisp and extremely clean with fine aromatics reminiscent of lemons, grapefruit, mineral and grass. Big and full with peppery, juicy, citrus fruit in the finish.
