CedarCreek Pinot Noir Platinum Reserve 2004

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLots of smoky, vanilla, resiny, black cherry jam, cedar, licorice root, peppery nose. Very dry, round, warm palate but has some tannins showing. Black cherry, peppery, smoky, orange, vanilla, rhubarb flavours. A bit dry, tart and tannic this time out and will need 2-3 years more in bottle to integrate.Tasted: 19 July 2006Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
