Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe Reserve comes off the limestone-rich soils of the Beamsville Bench home to the oldest and lowest-yielding vines. Love the nose here very clean and fresh with lime rind and grapefruit flavours. Lovely weight (Pfalz-like) and texture, even at this young age.
