Mont Tauch Les Douzes Fitou 2004
Fitou, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceMont Tauch is well know as the best Co-op in Fitou, lively energetic modern are but a few descriptors used to describe this producer with a soul. Les Douze is a blend of old vine carignan, grenache and syrah from low yielding vines. This is the fourth vintage made by a dozen of the region's best producers. Look for an intense red wine that mixes leather pepper and plummy, almost overripe fruit.
