Inniskillin Okanagan Discovery Series Malbec 2004
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig sappy, sage, black cherry, mocha, licorice, iodine, savoury, meaty nose, very malbec. Rich, round, fat and somewhat tannic and dry but very young. Lots of smoky, cherry, roasted mushroom, savoury, orange, cigar flavours. Well balanced if a bit hot but excellent varietal characters. Fine effort.
