Herder Pinot Gris 2005
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLemon, leesy, bread dough, matchstick, green apple nose ― a touch unclean. It is round in the mouth with good acidity and a full-bodied style. Lemon, baked apple, lees, butter and honey flavours with some earthy, mineral nuances. Good intensity, crisp finish. Just needs a bit more cleaner style.Tasted: 06 June 2006Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.90 | 750ml | winery direct, VQA and private wine shops |
