Savigny-lès-Beaune, Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceMeaty, gamey, compost, smoky, black cherry, vanilla nose with a hint of barnyard, violet and cassis. Dry, slightly austere, somewhat rustic tannins but has good balance. Black cherry, orange, raspberry, waxy, smoky, compost flavours with some celery salt and licorice root on the finish. Dry, slightly tannic finish in a classis structure.
