Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVanilla, lees, grapefruit, butter, baked pear, light melon aromas. Ripe, round, rich and soft with an oily texture. Big creamy vanilla, buttered popcorn, grapefruit, melon, leesy, waxy flavours. Oak dominates at this stage. Finish is very warm with a bit of sweetness. Still young and will need more time to fully develop.
