Sandhill Small Lots Program Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah Burrowing Owl Vineyard 2003

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, peppery, chocolate, black olive, black cherry, saddle leather nose with some vanilla, resin and game. Round, soft, dry palate with light, grainy tannins. Licorice root, peppery, spicy, gamey, black cherry, vanilla, bitter chocolate flavours with some tobacco and prune on the finish.
