Russian River, Sonoma County, California, United StatesThe Torres chardonnay grapes, all whole-clustered pressed, come from the Don Miguel vineyard in the western hills of Sonoma (Russian River, Green Valley) and are a mix of See, Rued and Spring Mountain chardonnay clones. Look for a nutty, creamy lees (all barrel-fermented) nose streaked with baked pear, floral, vanilla and citrus rind. It's soft on the palate with peachy creamy lees and baked apple honey flavours.
