Paarl, Coastal Region, South AfricaSmoky, peppery, spicy, saddle leather, gamey, licorice root aromas with some black cherry, plum and meaty notes. Rich, ripe, round and soft with supple tannins and a bit of heat. Very spicy, black licorice, tobacco, leather, black cherry, peppery plum flavours with a warm, smoky, savoury, poultry spice finish. Well balanced despite some warmth.
