Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, California, United StatesSpicy, leafy cassis and earthy, roasted tomato with tobacco and saddle leather notes. Rich, round but dry entry with astringent tannins. Smoky, resiny, peppery, cedar, cardamom, cassis and saddle leather flavours. Dry, somewhat astringent finish with some finesse. May improve over the next 2-3 years but quite dry.
