Catena Alta Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaThe '02 Catena Alta Cabernet Sauvignon is knit from three selections out of three vineyards ― Uxmal, Domingo and Altamira. The big rich concentrated fruit spends 15 months in French oak of which 80% is new. Aromas of red berry fruit accompanied by hints of tobacco lead into intense flavours of black cherry, plum and spice which come together with a touch of pepper on the smooth lingering finish.Tasted: 16 April 2006Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
