Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileMade from mountain fruit, this has intensity and tannins. Cassis jam, spicy, minty, iron earth, dark chocolate, iodine, black olive and floral aromas. Rich, round, dry and concentrated with ripe tannins but showing a touch of heat. Huge licorice, iron, tobacco, peppery, black olive, vanilla and chocolate flavours. Long chewy finish with a mineral note. Needs 3-5 years minimum to reach its potential. Fine effort. Made from mountain fruit, this has intensity and tannins.
