The Casablanca sourced fruit of the Hualpes Estate is brighter and fresher with each succeeding vintage. The blend of barrel fermented and stainless steel only fruit is 60/40 and only 10 per cent of the blend goes through malolactic fermentation to keep it fresh. Look for a creamy lemon citrus nose with tight peachy citrus streaked fruit and cool grassy, buttery style.
