Martinborough, Wairarapa, North Island, New ZealandSpicy, celery salt, carrot top, orange peel, raspberry, peppery nose with some tea leaf and barnyard. Ripe, round, elegant and supple with light, dry tannins. Good elegance with strawberry, black cherry, carrot top, cardamom, minty, tealeaf, savoury, vanilla, smoky root flavours. Dry, slightly tight finish with good finesse. Needs 1-2 years to reach its potential.
