Sardon del Duero, Castilla-Leon, SpainBlack cherry jam, chocolate, prune, peppery, baked earth, cigar, floral, spicy cardamom nose. Rich, ripe, round palate with supple tannins. Good extract with smoky, peppery, prune, black cherry, coriander, vanilla and black licorice flavours. Full and warm but well balanced with a cassis, garrigue, gamey finish.
