Lodi, Central Valley, California, United StatesOpen sweaty saddle, black cherry jam, barnyard, mocha nose with pruny, briary notes. Soft, round, warm and dry on entry with some cedar sawdust undertones. Peppery, earthy, saddle leather, compost, briar, chocolate flavours. Warm, cooked fruit, resiny finish.
