Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileSpicy, caraway, carrot top, cherry, licorice root, cola aromas with a touch of saddle leather. Soft, dry, round, elegant palate with light dry tannins. Cola, spicy, minty, caraway, celery salt, rhubarb flavours with elevated acidity and some cedar bark and carrot through the finish. Like an elegant, Oregon-style, cool.
