Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig pine, cedar, tarry, saddle leather, minty, roasted tomato nose. Soft, smooth, round palate with minty, vanilla, smoky, resiny, chocolate pudding and roasted vegetable flavours. Very smoky, green, oaky finish.
