Ampurdain-Costa Brava, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainBlack cherry, licorice root, tobacco, chocolate, smoky saddle leather, prune vanilla nose with a slightly port-like note. The entry is dry, warm, round and full with somewhat astringent tannins. Big peppery, prune, black cherry kirsch and tobacco flavours with smoky oak and licorice root at the back end. Chewy, warm palate structure with some tannins to shed.
