Tuscany, ItalyVery peppery, smoky, meaty, black cherry, earthy, clove aromas. Round, rich, dry entry with slightly chunky tannins. Burnt cherry, earthy, peppery, smoky, meaty, licorice flavours. Long, somewhat dry finish with light astringent tannins. Good effort for the vintage. Drink now with grilled meats or over the next 2 years to soften.Tasted: 10 February 2006Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
