Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileClassic Macul. Smoky saddle leather, cassis, black olive, minty, meaty, tobacco aromas. Dry, lean, somewhat astringent palate yet rich. More green olive, pepper, earth and smoky, minty, roasted pepper flavours with cassis, tobacco and vanilla flavours. Dry, acidic, tight finish. Needs time and a steak at the moment.
