Ventoux, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FrancePeppery, licorice root, spicy, gamey, minty, black cherry and raspberry nose. Dry, tight, hot entry but round with black raspberry, cherry, earthy, peppery flavours and a hot, slightly resiny finish with some acidity peaking through.
