Champagne, FranceThe Blanc de Blancs vintage is only produced in small quantities from top crus in the Côte des Blancs. Lower mousse but fine bubbles. Very toasty, buttery brioche nose with mineral, creamy, baked green apple aromas with floral notes. Dry, elegant, slightly lean palate but fine finesse with lemon, creamy baked apple, mineral, lime rind flavours. Very crisp, dry finish.
